Blueprint Business Funding, LLC provides business financing solutions including merchant cash advances, term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, invoice factoring, and SBA loan referrals. We are not a bank. All funding is subject to underwriting approval, and terms vary based on business qualifications.
3. Eligibility
To apply for funding, your business must be legally registered and operating in the United States, have been in operation for a minimum period as required by the specific product, and meet minimum monthly revenue thresholds. Providing false or misleading information in an application is grounds for immediate disqualification and may constitute fraud.
4. Application & Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All applications are subject to our underwriting review process. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion. Approval decisions are based on business performance, creditworthiness, and other factors.
5. No Credit Impact to Apply
Initial applications may use a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry may be required for certain products prior to final approval. We will notify you before any hard inquiry is performed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Blueprint Business Funding, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blueprint Business Funding, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
